Julie Emond-McCarthy, Associate

Julie Emond-McCarthy, a native of Grand Falls, New Brunswick; practices in the areas of family law, commercial litigation with a focus on creditor’s rights and relief.

She is trained in collaborative law and has experience defending youths in criminal proceedings.

Julie offers legal services in French and English.

Julie is currently a member of the board of directors of the AJEFNB, where she serves as the secretary treasurer.

She has also given lectures at the Université de Moncton Law School on the Challenges facing women in law, preparation of resumes and preparation for interviews.

In the community, Julie is a member of the provincial child death review committee and participates in the organization of charity fundraising events.
